To future students of John Kovac,Melody G.
Hello…. I highly recommend John Kovac as a music teacher. He is very knowledgeable and also quite patient in his instruction. I especially like the fact that John is very persistent and will work with you on each new concept repeatedly until you get it! John is quite personable as well and is a joy to learn from with a diligent approach and fun mixed in with his teaching. I was 45 years old when I first picked up the guitar to learn and I was thrilled that John helped me to learn the basic chords and strumming methods in a relatively short amount of time. You are never to old to learn and to enjoy a new skill! I have also seen John working with young people. His enthusiasm for music and helping the next generation to play various instruments is contagious and encourages them in their endeavors. I believe all students would be blessed in working with Mr. John Kovac!
John Kovac is both a wonderfully gifted musician and teacher. We consider Mr. Kovac a part of the family as he has taught our two children far more than just how to play a tune on the guitar. Through Mr. Kovac’s joyful intertwining of classical and folk music, he helps students find their passion and unique musical voice which they can then share in the community and beyond.Kara L.
